Returns & Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with a Dermanex.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Please note that the customers are responsible return shipping fees. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
♦ When you return your purchase to Dermanex.com by mail within 14 days of the date you received your item, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). ♦ If we receive your item(s) within 30 days of purchase date or if they were paid with an online store credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s). ♦ Items returned 30 days after the purchase date will not be refunded. ♦ Dermanex.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail.
How to return your item(s)
Dermanex.com Returns by Mail
1. Call Customer Care at 714-741-0088 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). An RMA# is required in order to process returns and issue credit. Returned merchandise received without an RMA# will not be automatically refunded.
2. Write the RMA# clearly in the box on the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and on the outside of your return package. Please include this packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
3. Please use the original packaging, if possible, and seal the package securely with tape. We recommend using protective packing to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package. We recommend that you insure the package when sending and retain the receipt. Dermanex is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

5. Please allow 30 calendar days for Dermanex to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Returning promotional bonus item
If you are returning an item with a promotional bonus item, the bonus item must be sent back to us in order for us to process your return.
