* DIRECTIONS

Use at home
Dry/Steam Inhalation : Dry inhalation is to drop 1~2 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief or a pillow and inhale. Steam inhalation is to add 2~3 drops of essential oil in hot water, then steam for 5-7 minutes with eyes closed at 30cm distance.
Massage : You can feel the effect of healing and moisturize at the same time by massaging with aroma oil on the neck, lower head and shoulders.

Professional Treatment
Therapy : Drop 0.2ml in the palm of your hands and rub the palms to increase the heat and breathe at a distance of 5cm away from the client’s nostrils.
